High-Velocity Meets Optimized Viscosity

Sika has introduced SikaTack® MACH-30 XV, the revamped successor to the auto glass replacement industry’s cold-applied adhesive. Providing the same high-speed, 30-minute Minimum Drive-Away Time (MDAT) performance as the original SikaTack® MACH 30, the product is formulated with enhanced thixotropic properties for superior decking, glass-slip and cut-off string.

It is non-conductive, all-in-one modulus, and can be applied from 0-120°F, according to the company. The product is available in 300 ml cartridges, 465 ml unipacks and 600 ml unipacks.

Calibration

Agile ADAS

Autel’s IA800 employs six high-resolution cameras and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) positioning software to transform the company’s standard calibration frame into a swift yet precise frame centering and vehicle distancing unit.

Described as an intelligent ADAS optical positioning system, the product enables technicians to accomplish frame-to-vehicle placement in less than three minutes and compare that with the mechanical tools setup that takes an average of 40 minutes, according to the company.
